Prenatal classes

Well informed – for a confident start to family life
You’ll gain knowledge about pregnancy, birth, relaxation and breathing techniques, breastfeeding and newborn care, as well as the importance of the postnatal period for bonding between parents and baby. With the right preparation, you can look forward to birth with a sense of calm and confidence.

Aqua Fit for Pregnant Women

Feel light, supported and energized as your pregnancy progresses. In the soothing weightlessness of water, gentle movements keep you active without strain – ideal when your bump is growing heavier. The water acts like a natural lymphatic massage, easing swelling in hands and legs and leaving you refreshed.
Water is life – we all begin in it, and your baby is already floating in the protective warmth of amniotic fluid. In Aqua Fit, you’ll experience this natural element as a source of balance, vitality and flowing energy – for both you and your baby.

Acupuncture

(Currently in training – available on request for certain treatments, such as birth preparation.)

Acupuncture offers a gentle, side-effect-free way to ease pregnancy discomforts, and can be ideally combined with conventional medicine. I also offer other Traditional Chinese Medicine methods such as cupping, cupping massage, moxa and gua sha. Acupuncture during pregnancy and after birth can support with:

  • Nausea
  • Back pain, sciatica
  • Breech position (to encourage baby to turn)
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Birth preparation
  • Induction, after the due date
  • Breastfeeding difficulties

Postnatal care

Postnatal support is where my heart truly lies. I love accompanying new parents through this emotional stage of life, offering practical guidance, breastfeeding support and reassurance. During each home visit I will:

  • Weigh and check your baby (navel, sleep rhythm, care)
  • Support you with breastfeeding and baby care
  • Check your recovery: bleeding, milk supply, uterine involution, and overall wellbeing
  • Give you time and space for all your questions

For environmental and time reasons, I offer home visits only in Dornbirn, Lustenau and Hohenems – but visits at my practice are always possible for everyone.

Breastfeeding support

If things don’t go smoothly at first, I’ll help with tips and tricks to find the way that works best for you.

Breast milk is the most natural nutrition for your baby – it contains all essential nutrients and strengthens the immune system. Breastfeeding also gives your baby closeness, safety and comfort, and deepens the bond between you two. Research shows that breastfed children often develop better social skills later in life. Breastfeeding is also simple, always available at the right temperature, and it is for free.

Soft laser therapy

For faster healing of scars and sore areas, I offer soft laser therapy.

  • Treatment takes only 2 minutes
  • Can relieve pain in the short term (especially useful for sore nipples)
  • Can also support and stimulate milk production

Baby massage

Give your baby 3 “wellness” sessions that strengthen your bond. Take a break from everyday life, immerse yourself in your baby’s world, learn to read their signals and support their development through gentle, nurturing touch.

Pelvic floor training

The pelvic floor is the body’s centre, closely linked to both mind and soul. In this course, you’ll learn gentle, mindful exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor – giving you mobility, stability and renewed strength after birth.

All women are welcome, even if your delivery was long ago.
